Special services - Specialized on-site services such as visiting nursing care, geriatric
psychological counseling, or physical and occupational therapy will be coordinated between our
program nurse and your primary care physician.
Financial Assistance - Medicaid coverage for personal care services is available for residents
who are clinically and financially eligible for Medicaid through the Group Adult Foster Care
program. If your income and assets exceed the maximum allowed for assistance, a private pay
rate is also available.
Private Rooms/Baths - Our rooms are all single-occupancy with full private baths. Residents
bring in their own furnishings and may decorate their room as they wish. Each room is
equipped with a refrigerator.
Personal Care - Each resident will have an individual care plan detailing the resident's special
needs.
Meals - Our professional food service staff prepares three home-style meals daily with special
nutritional needs coordinated by our registered nurse.
24/7 Coverage - A trained staff member is in the facility twenty-four hours each day/seven days
